10-20 yrs is too good for this woman-beater. The coward brutally beat a woman with her 3 year old daughter watching.

3 to 5 rounds in the chest would have been an adequate response. Of course being that this is New Jersey, the home owner would have gotten prison time as well and the thugs "family" would have sued for everything they could (crack is expensive these days).

Even if she had a gun, it wouldn't have helped her. She had no chance to get away. He probably would've used it against her.
