Paul pointed out that he did not "choose this fight with the governor." That is correct Mr. Senator, you did not; the choice to pick a fight was probably made higher up on the food chain, and has rolled down to you via Barack Obama's portly political pawn.

Christie was simply drawing the line in the sand and making his GOP Establishment "interventionalist" distinction between he and Rand Paul. The GOP is geared and ready to throw Rand under the bus. They are already, listening to Britt Hume again leading the charge, that Rand is a non-interventionalist, which isn't true. But, I see JoeScarborough on his show and others already setting the stage to oust Rand. Same scenario they did with Mitt during the primaries - push everyone else out. They will get what they got with Mitt - a loss.
