If you read this before going to church today...

When you lift your hearts up to the Lord, and raise your voices in praise to the One God and Saviour JESUS CHRIST, and you bow and do obeisance to the King of Kings...

Remember you are not alone. You are just joining the ceaseless and eternal Worship Service "already in progress" in Heaven. Where Time loses distinction, and you participate with ALL the saints, that have ever lived, in the worship of the Holy One.

And if you get a glimpse of this... remember... it's just a taste of what's coming.

Re: If you read this before going to church today.

I have tears in my eyes as I type this. I cannot seem to sleep. OH how God's people need to see this! Words fail me.

I first saw this in April of 92. I had just received the blessed Holy Spirit of Jesus about a week before, and now I was walking down the hall towards my watery grave, to be buried in the name of my Lord and Saviour. The brethren were there all around me, singing There is Power in the Blood, clapping and singing. I saw it... white robed saints walking to the Jordan two thousand years ago.

Years later at a little home missions UPC, we had no instruments, just a handful of us. We were singing that goofy old hymn Heaven's Jubilee and I HEARD IT...faintly, wafting in on a breeze from Somewhere Above.

Saw it again today while our little fellowship worshipped our God.

God wants to move his people beyond Pentecost. He wants us to get to Tabernacles.

I had typed more but now is not the time.

You must hear the Shofar. You must hear the zichron teruah, the "memorial of trumpets" before you enter the Fall Harvest. Teruah translated trumpets literally means an alarm.
Listen for the alarm, the trumpet call of the Lord of Hosts, to ASSEMBLE THE CAMP and prepare.

Oh, and before Tabernacles is the Day of Atonement....

Tabernacles is coming. Behold the tabernacle of God is with men!

Oh if only you could get a glimpse. Not merely an idea, but a TASTE and a VISION of this. You are come to Mount Zion...

Great post.

10For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Amen, Beloved.

Some years ago, I was asking the Lord in prayer to teach me what "reverence" meant.
I must have been praying for only about two or three minutes, when I felt His awesome presence.
It was such beauty, holiness and love, that it brought me crying to my knees...worshiping
and praising Him. I lost all track of time: but I must have been with my face to the ground...how many hours???

There is no more precious place to be found on earth than what you have described here, and something I have experienced many times myself, and long for more of it.
