One Last Revival?

Question: Will there be one last great outpouring of God's Spirit that sweeps the world before Jesus returns?

If yes, how do you believe it will come?

If no, please explain why you don't believe it will happen.

No one can predict or guess the moves of God.

For all we know God might have simply abandoned America to decline and destruction or we might be on the verge of the greatest revival ever.

I believe God still has the power to create the greatest revival ever, exceeding even the original church of Acts.

and why one last revival, he could have many more in store for us.

Abandoned America?

Everytime I hear that it still strikes me funny.

Maybe God abandoned America and is now living in Canada.

Those who fast, pray, and seek God while reaching for souls will continue to have "revival" until Jesus comes. There will not be a worldwide sweeping endtime revival as many false prophets have predicted. God will continue to do what he has been doing since Pentecost by pouring out his Spirit on all flesh...the degree to which revival is had depends on the Church's desperation for God and the things of God.

Does a "revival" signify a great amount of backsliders repenting and
returning to the Lord; or as is commonly referred, NEW CONVERTS
receiving the gospel that saves?

When we get down to the last years there will be a restoration/revival. There will have to be. The Churches are so corrupt and far from Yeshua. Hes coming for a Church without spot, wrinkle or blemish. A Church the same stature of himself. It will be a revival like no other.....far greater than Azusa Street.

ultimately be RESTORED, instead of an "awakening" among the heathen?

It would depend on the fruit of such a revival. I have no doubt there will be many religious revivals as there has been. I do believe there will be an endtime religious revival that will NOT be of God. I also believe there can be revival from God in the endtimes...but not what so many have prophesied.
