These folks wouldn't attend many of the UPCI events because of "liberal" churches attending those events, think Ike Terry and his successor. Mulling's was considered liberal at the time by the PSR crowd and he (Mullings) would be conservative anyplace else in the country.

Seriously? "Prayer, Supplication, and Revival"? I've never heard that. But you know, maybe so. You know who would know for sure is St. Mark. I wonder how many different terms we could get out of PSR, and I wonder if it's still going...I'm guessing, it's not since those guys are mostly all gone from the UPC, now. And with Keyes needing to be political with his AGS job, he probably dropped out.
