Your question contains a big part of the issue faced by all kinds of churches as I see it. (Not a criticism bro, but an observation regarding a popular thought pattern.)

First I'll ask...

Is it possible to discuss "spiritual warfare" without being a bit fanatical?

I'd also like to point out that few Christians actually know who they are in Christ from a biblical perspective. As a result, spiritual warfare becomes screaming in tongues and flailing "magic hair" at a Satanic force who knows who we are in Christ...while we don't.
