Either way, you're out a lot of $$! If you've got money to burn, you can counter-sue for the your lawyer expenses and court costs. The problem is that this can get dragged out over a few years before you win.

filing one motion for dismissal based on "frivilous" may get you out pretty cheap and without counsel retained.
