Trust me! Anyone can file a lawsuit over anything and they don't necessarily need documentation! You will be forced to spend thousands of $$ on a case that you will easily win. Most will "settle" and pay to make the issue go away!
Either way, you're out a lot of $$! If you've got money to burn, you can counter-sue for the your lawyer expenses and court costs. The problem is that this can get dragged out over a few years before you win.
