Basically, without giving it too much thought, they fall into 3 basic categories.
1) Freedom rights- where individuals are free to act without interference by the state (Freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, etc)
2) Benefit rights- This implies that a person has the "right" to receive something from others. At the others expense.
3) Non-discrimination rights- Services cannot be denied someone based on a characteristic (gender, age, sexual orientation, race, etc)
There could be more but I think everything can basically fit into these categories.
