Healing is a work of God. He manifests healing when He chooses to... We can't force Him to do so and, as hard as it may be, we shouldn't question when He doesn't.We should rejioce in the fact that He has granted us all the greatest of miracles... the Miracle of Salvation!

Mental illness is something you have to be very careful about. You cannot tell a mentally ill person they are healed and can stop taking their medication. If they stop taking the medication and harm themselves or someone else, then the church can be held liable in a lawsuit.
God heals people taking their medications until a Dr has had time to test and see if they are indeed healed and can come off the medication. Then you have a documented miracle.
