We have the gay marriage issue being waged in California. The will of the people have, thus far, been against it. At some point it will eventually pass, but we must leave this to majority vote. It's the way our Constitution works.

We can't force an anti-abortion or overturn Roe v. Wade stance against the will of the people.
We absolutely can't overturn it if every Republican President is saying that it is not a deciding issue.
