Hold your hat here, TR, it doesn't happen often, but I agree with you on this one!
Business cannot be transacted using titles, there must a legal name on the contract to transact any business.
If I write a check, I can't sign it "Father, Son, Husband", even though I AM all of those things.
I have to sign it with my given name to make it authentic.
