We all know how the UPCI interprets that the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit is Jesus, so that's why we baptize in the name of Jesus.
So essentially, when you say the name of the Father, Son.... You are actually meaning Jesus. So my question is, when people get baptized in that way, aren't they still being baptized in the name of Jesus?

If your asking.. is being baptised in the titles the same as being baptised in the Name.. then the answer in no.
The Name is Jesus.. his titles are many. Repentance coupled with water baptism in Jesus name is the only way the blood cleanses us from sin and redeems are fallen nature.
