Since Jesus said blasphemy against the Spirit is unforgivable, I stay away from any concrete declaration that someone does not have the real Spirit of God.
When someone has the characteristics of the Spirit, it is especially unwise to say they do not have it due to faith in some false doctrine. I think trinity teaching is error. But it does not mean someone who believes trinity and claims to have the Holy Ghost does not have the Holy Ghost. in fact, the Holy Ghost came to lead us to all truth since we obviously do not have all truth when we receive the Spirit. If people had to believe all the details of every true doctrine there is in order to have the genuine Spirit of God, it would not come to lead us to all truth as the bible says it has come to do.

Still not sure what I got wrong about what you've said, but that's fine. I do that a lot.
