Which criteria do you use to determine "powerful anointing"?

I hate this one! Even Bishop Jakes is always having everyone "slap your neighbor" or "high five somebody". To me, that stuff gets really old. Or maybe I'm too old.

Squinty eyes and mussed up hair is good too!
