At church last night, there was tongues and then interpretation by the same individual. He, out of 2-3 other individuals sometimes gives tongues and or interpretation.
Last night it was something along the lines of (beginning with)"I the Lord......
something about great and exceeding trials(or something of that nature) to come shortly
and then the ending was..."my coming will not be in years or decades, but in days".
I called the brother that gave it today, just to verify what he said. He said he didnt remember exactly, but mostly what I wrote above. He said He just gave it as God gave it to him. He did mention "ya know Gods time is not our time, and a day is as a thousand..." I said then why would he bother mentioning decades and years then? He didnt know.
I do not question this man's sincerity at all, however, I'm gonna mark this one down this time, and see if it comes to pass(days not years). We should always be ready to meet the Lord, by grave or however, but I dont want to just go on and forget when this type of "spiritual intervention' takes place. This is a serious thing IMO.
I suppose I'll give it about 2 years, would that be reasonable? If it comes to pass I hope to make it thru the great trials and look forward to meeting the Lord, if it doesnt come to pass, I'll know something is a miss in "our" tongues intepretations somewhere....
(Kinda hoping its amisss on account of the great trials tho....)

Dont know its hard to form a opinion when your not there. It could be concerning someones specific situation.

its wasnt to long after that we had lost a person in church to a very bad illness.
Could it be a message for her, sure. while she was laying on her death bed she said i have a better place to go.

I'm going to try to get the audio and see if it can be heard, but it was not given in a mic so it probably cannot.(to try to get the entire word for word)
I asked another individual the following day(yesterday) what they remembered hearing and they said there was going to be great trials leading up to the coming of the Lord, which would take place in days, not years or decades....

well you have the great trials as a cursor...from there expect the coming of the Lord..
also His coming could be related to those specific trials..meaning that he would come to end the trial , which would be your triumph ..

So would that be "The Coming" rapture, or what do u mean, and to relieve us from trials why would he need to "come" to do that when He is already with us? Why say ANYTHING about COMING at all?

Just talked to another friend to get his take on it. He said the way he understood it wAs tHere would be great trials and sorrows upon the earth such as never before, and the the Lord would come (2nd coming) and this would all happen not in decades or years, but in days. He said he feels the way our country and economy and other things happening thruout the world, that it's lagit and he expects it to come to pass.
He is in charge of sound and said it was not recorded because the recording doesn't begin untill the preaching begins. The interpretation was prior.

yes but his coming is always as result to a trial..to answer it in days and not in weeks or months
we have an earthquake today, and a little war across the ocean in Africa..
they are both small in scale ..
yes the Lord is manifest everyday to us..
but when we are in trials or tribs , we're always looking to the Lord for the answer..understand?
