Do you ever have to analyze your motivations? Why are you doing this? In my opinion, often the things we feel led to do and even start doing, it is an area of attack for the enemy. However, God uses the questions in our life to confirm to us his will or warn us from a wrong heading.
Do you pastor in Clinton, Papa Bear? That's the first place we lived when we got married back in 1978.
By the way, I read your blogs. Good writings, although I don't agree with everything.
Ummmm......I will agree to agree with SOME of it. LOL!
Honestly, the part about compromise kind of bothers me because we have been called "compromisers" for years now for stepping out and doing what we felt like God called us to do. We have seen hundreds of lives changed, people physically healed, marriages restored, many people shacking-up come under conviction and get married and live right, hundreds baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost. I don't feel like it's compromise - we teach modesty and moderation just like the Bible does. But it seems that anyone that steps outside of the box from traditional oneness Pentecostalism is immediately labeled. Sorry.....just my rantings.
Wow Scott, I am amazed you are posting on this forum.
PP, we choose to not speak ill of other forums here. We kinda try to be kind to the owners too! Here is a quote from this article.

Aaron had a ministry, but without the questions of Korah his rod would have never budded.
Notice, Aaron and Moses did not take up swords to destroy.
Thanks for the link Papabear. I remember when you had an email devotional and how disappointed I was when it was not as timely as I needed in a dry time in my life.
