I recieved a call from (203)555-1212!
I looked up the number and got a listing for Appleton & Lange Books. When I called the number I was connected to AT&T 411. I'm ...confused. :-/

that used to be a number for acquiring long distance numbers????

Really? Hm. I was directed to customer service. They had no record that I received a call from the number. :-/

Houston, it means someone dialed them to get your number then had them connect to you. Hence it shows the call came from the directory assistance.
