Thoughtful AFF Members
I just wanted to publicly thank some very thoughtful and caring AFF members. I was thinking tonight of that song, "The Family of God", and am thankful for my Christian family. Specifically, I'm very thanful for my AFF Christian family.
Many of you have blessed me in more ways I can count. This past Sunday I recieved a phone call from our Bro. Scott Hutchinson. He called to see how I was doing and to let me know he was praying for me. Then, this morning, I went to the mail box, and there was a card from Sis. Rhoni, just to let me know she was praying for me. We get so caught up in life that we sometimes forget to tell each other we care. Well, Bro. Scott and Sis Rhoni didn't forget. And, I appreciate them so much. I appreaciate all of you, and am grateful to be a part of this family we call AFF. God has been doing some awesome things in my life the last few weeks. I haven't had time to even post on AFF lately because it seems that, whatever God is doing, He's doing it in a hurry.
So, I appreciate your prayers and thoughfulness, Bro. S and Sis R. May God bless you- and may He bless all the AFF Members.

Re: Thoughtful AFF Members
One Accordian,
Great post. I also appreciate the many fine folks I have met at AFF and it's forerunners. Many have blessed my life and made it richer.

Titus2woman on AFF
"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

OneAccord,
There was a sweet reply that I put on here a couple days ago but it disappearred - proabably that 3/5 mishap that Renda spoke about...but I hope you saw it.
It was in that post I mentioned the movie entitled, "Paying It Forward",
and how that you have been so thoguthful to others here on AFF that it is your turn to be blessed.
It was in that post I also mentioned a song I heard sung by Sis. Kim Ballestero called, "Be Blessed", and wished blessings for you,
all those of the household of faith, and those who will be.
Blessings Always,
Rhoni

Scott, you are a friend and a brother to more than you know!
I echo everyone else's sentiments. This is a fantastic bunch of people here. I don't know that I've ever met a more caring group. People here who have never met each other face to face still care deeply for each other.
I know a good thing when I see it. Hope you all don't mind, but you're stuck with me. I'm not going anywhere! This group is too wonderful to walk away from ever.
