300 dollars
A friend of mine sent me 300 dollars. This coming week is our wedding anniversary. (the offering was not for that) We have decided to go to a little city about 3 hours from here and buy some new dresses for the ladies in the little church I am overseeing. I am so excited to be a part of blessing these sweet ladies.
The village where they live is in one of the poorest areas of our state. Tomorrow at 2:30 I am having a little meeting with the ones in that area and the ones that will be working in district two.
Please pray that the Lord will use me to help them organize their efforts and win more souls for the kingdom.
There is a tiny peice of land behind the church that I want to cement for the children so they can have a place to hear about Jesus on their level. It is very primitive. I am trying to see about getting running water so we can have a working bathroom!
The floor is just very rough cement but they gave me a rug to use when I kneel down and pray...they are so sweet...beyond words...
The little ladies suffer so much especially in places like this...may the Lord help me to brighten their world....
