Another Interesting Change of Heart...
It's funny that I have had to read slurs about uneducated, ignorant, hayseed preachers around here forever, until all of a sudden we have one of the Tulsa men with a degree.
Now we are reading about puffed up suits with letters following their name, and how a simple grandmother, just a readin' her Bible, can do more for God than them edumucated fellers.
Just another item to drop in the file labeled "Things That Make You Go Hmmmm."

Re: Another Interesting Change of Heart...
Sort of reminds of the tension manifested in the dichotomy between these two stereotypes:
1. The Blue Denim Whale with her bobby socks and Keds Tennis Shoes...
and....
2.The stuck up fashion plate Pentecostal priss with her curled hair and fancy dress
This kind of thing would be seriously funny if it weren't so pathetic.

It is actually a real title, but it stands for "post hole digger."

Carp, like my old pastor used to say, tell the truth and stay in church.
I'm not sure it's been all that nice talking to me the last day or two.
My outlook isn't at its all time most positive.
It would be nice talking to you though.
Hope you and yours are doing well.

Re: Another Interesting Change of Heart...
Coonskinner, I would have to agree with yoiu as well.
However, it can all be summed up in a statement attributed to a character named Forest Gump.
He supposedly has an IQ of 78 & the statement I heard from co workers is this,
"Stupid is as stupid does"
It might mean something totally different to others, bur what I get is this, no matter if you have arguments, facts, statements, to the contrary, people will believe & say what they will no matter how absurd.
I pray you & your family are blessed!

Go ahead and hum a few bars. Everybody has inconsistencies. I hope its alright to enjoy watching them blossom in the same people that have accused me of inconsistency.
Take heart in knowing that very few people believe what they read here as gospel.
