Well, she says it isn't everything, but I got a early Mothers Day gift from my daughter yesterday.

It was so sweet, we were going to see "Annie" the musical last night, we have had the tickets for a while. So I went home from work to change, and when I got there, my daughter had her car out in the road, waiting for me to pull in the driveway.

I got all aggravated, because we can't leave our cars parked in the road, and we needed to have my car park behind hers, because we would be using it for the evening. Following me?

So I was sitting there in the road and she came out and started waving me in, and I was waving back at her, telling her to pull her car in. I couldn't figure out why she was being so dense! You will see how badly this eventually made me feel in a moment.

So finally she exasperatedly gets in her car and pulls in. I pull in after her, and then get aggravated again because she didn't pull in far enough. She gets out of her car and I rolled down my window and ask what she is doing, why didn't she pull all the way in!? She told me "I can't" and told me to get out of my car. I got out, (stomping a little) and was grumbling, when she said cover your eyes.

It was at this point that my heart sank and I realized that I was in the process of ruining a surprise. My bad.

I covered my eyes and she led me up the driveway to where she had completely cleaned and rearranged my potted garden (over 60 plants) and had bought two reclining chairs to create a adorable little sitting area, and also had bought two new wind-chimes! She had spent hours on it!! It is so pretty, and so thoughtful, and I feel very blessed today!!!

She is such sweetheart, I am so blessed that God allowed me to be her mother, and I say that in all sincerity. Everyone who knows her continually tells me how blessed I am. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body, not to say that she doesn't have any spunk, because she does, she has a great sense of humor, but she is just a really, really nice girl. I am blessed!

SisFalla, I have some CDs laid out to copy for your grandson on Monday, I will let you know when I get them in the mail.

Sis. DizzyDe,

I have no doubt at all about your daughter. Always could tell you
were very proud of her. May God direct her path all the days of her
life, in Jesus Name!

Thank you SO much for doing that for my grandson. It will mean SO
much to him as he really enjoyed spending time with your father last
year in Texas! Bless you, dear Sister!
