But you do honestly feel Acts.2:38 is the one plan of salvation yes or no, why or why not ?
Doesn't seem that if the NT. church began at Pentecost,Peter's sermon on the death, burial, resurrection of Christ, and His altar call would bear alot of weigh on the question what do I need to do to be saved ?

There they can find plenty of fault.
My thinking is that as long as we are in the same dispensation as the Apostles were the way of salvation would be the same.
I agree, however, don't forget that Abraham was declared to be "righteous" because he "believed God" (Genesis 15:6). The Apostle Paul goes to great lengths to emphasize the fact that the NT believer is saved in the same manner as Abraham was - by grace through faith (Romans 4:9-12 ESV and many other passages as well).
"Dispensations" aside, anyone who was ever "saved" from anything in the Bible, was saved the same way - by the grace of God through their faith in God's promise of salvation.
That's the problem you believe in dispensational theology. One of the reasons why dispensational theology survives in part is due to the simple issues of trying to bring contrasting theologies togethor. Jesus and Paul for example!

I believe in this dispensation. From Pentecost till the second coming of Christ after the great tribulation. If you think thats wrong prove it.

Sure it is the plan. Why wouldn't it be! Paul clearly teaches baptism is our uniting with the blood/death/sacrifice of Christ which would be the atonement for remission of sins. We see the teaching clearly in Repent/turn and be baptized/united/converted..... Also repentance and baptism at conversion is one motion. One turns to something and that is to the death/blood/sacrifice of Christ which is seen in baptism.
