Especially for Emma Botranger

An Amish boy and his father were in a mall. They were amazed by almost everything they saw, but especially by two shiny, silver walls that could move apart and then slide back together again. The boy asked, "What is this Father?" The father (never having seen an elevator) responded, "Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life, I don't know what it is." While the boy and his father were watching with amazement, a fat, old lady in a wheel chair moved up to the moving walls and pressed a button. The walls opened and the lady rolled between them into a small room.
The walls closed and the boy and his father watched the small circular numbers above the walls light up sequentially. They continued to watch until it reached the last number and then the numbers began to light i n the reverse order. Finally the walls opened up again and a gorgeous 24-year-old blonde stepped out. The father said quietly to his son....."Go get your mother”.

Margie3,

I told this story to my husband because I didn't understand what it meant. He said it meant we need to go find one of these things. Why do you think he said that? He won't tell me.

Emma honey let me help. When you get older there are going to be some changes that happen.Men are attracted to younger women. They get older too but somehow when they look in the mirror it lies to them. They
only see a young man and ignore all other changes.Somehow their hair
stops graying because Dr.Grecian Formula tells it to.They get those tight things called a girdle and hang gold chains around their necks and run
away from home in red convertable cars.Start sifting through the avatars
in the member list and surely ye shall find one.Be brave and keep your husband home and in the dark
and away from all lying mirrors and don't let Dr.Grecian preach to him.
Don't forget to slip over to the neighbors house and use
the newfangled tv set to call us back.lv T

Oh yes. I remember Sis. Sjostrand preaching about men being stupid and how you have to keep them interested or something. Now, I am really afraid.
