Important as Life and Death

Have you ever been placed in a pit when there was no earthly reason that you deserved to be there?....Have those that you have prayed for and supported cast you into a pit that they dug for you? Has your heart ever been broken so much that you think there can be no hope? Please, some prayer warrior, take us on your heart and pray for my husband and me. I know this is the "Prayer Closet" and not the "Fellowship Hall." I know it's the place where sacrifice is made. Would someone please pray for us?....If this sounds like "life or death"....Maybe it is...Or maybe it's not...I just know that I am desperate and I know that I have interceded for others and now I am in dire need. My husband is in dire need. If you're looking for someone to witness to, please send me a PM and witness to me. I need it.

The Bible doesn't doesn't say that he will not put more on us than we can bear, does it?...DOES He PUT MORE ON US THAN WE CAN BEAR, SO WE HAVE TO TURN TO HIM TO HELP US BEAR IT?...Please someone explain this to me.

I know there is this verse:

1 Corinthians 10:13
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

I'm not dealing with temptation right now....I'm dealing with feeling that my husband and I have been placed in a pit, dug by those who are supposed to be our brothers and sisters.

Thank you.

TalkLady,

Tuesday is my fast day and I'll spend time in prayer for this need. Many of us have been in a place where we have needed others to pray...and they did. I will for you.

Your armourbearer,
Sis. Rhonda

Thank you, Sis. Rhonda...It will help me so much to know that someone is praying for me. I know it may seem trite to say it, but God can make this trial a blessing - but right now it's just ONE BIG TRIAL "in my book"...Thanks.

Sis. TL,

If you trust Romans then you know God is working all things for your good. Look at this as a learning experience and try to see what God is trying to do in your life. Many times it is good to take a 4 hour time when you will not be interrupted: pray 30 minutes, read the Bible 30 minutes, and then contemplate on what you have just read and then journal your thoughts. Pray, sing, worship, and dance...just you and Jesus...4 hours. No cell phones, no kids, not interruptions...Just you and Jesus...try it. In those times I have received more from God because I took the time to listen, and not just recite my wants and needs.

I'll be praying tomorrow...I am going to ask God to make himself known to you in a special way.

Blessings & Prayers,
Sis. Rhonda

Praying, friend.

I know how desperate and painful those types of situations can be...

Look to Him. He's right there with you.

Joesph helped others even when he was on the bottom. Diffuse some of the hurt and turmoil by doing something good for someone else.

God restored to Job after Job prayed for his "friends". The very same ones that accused him. Pray for those that despitefully use you.

Continue to be a blessing to others!!!

You determine how you will let this effect you. You determine your response.

Do not let those that seem to be against you, change your testimony, taint your conversation, or drag you to their level.

If God be for us who can be against us?

I don't care so much about a palace, but I want to get out of this pit....You have no idea how much I have been thinking about Joseph today. They meant it for evil, but God meant it for good. ........Yes, Sis. Rhoni, God is already working on me. Thank God, He's still working on me and has not cast me out. Yes, thank God for that. (Is there a teary-eyed/crying smiley...lol...We need one!!!...LOL...)

Genesis 50:20
But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.
