This morning I was sitting in the den aimlessly channel 'surfing' when I passed by a TV preacher talking about his latest DVD product available.
I wasn't concentrating on what he said because the title of it jumped out at me...
Overflowing Harvest.
The prefix
over added to verbs, nouns, adjectives, and adverbs means
excess, and not always in a positive light...overdose, overlook, overcharge, overdue, overexert, overexpose, overemotional, overload, oversexed, overstep, overtake, overtired...too many words to mention here.
But the word
overflow means to be so full the contents run over; to extend beyond the limits; to be very abundant.
This is God's best for His people.
It is His will that we live in abundance of peace and joy and blessing.
It is His will that we receive the harvest of favor and honor for our diligence in service and love.
He wants the best for me...He wants the best for you.
Today I pray that our hearts overflow with love and kindness and that it is extended...may our cups overflow with healing and restoration in every area.
I receive these words today, and pray the reader does as well...
