Timmy's pattern seems more "spectator" than "gladiator" when it comes to whoppers.

Who was this Melchizedek? Was He A King Over Salem a contemporary of Abram or was He God in a theophanic form ?
He was the priest of God

So from Scott's OP, would that make him someone separate and distinct from God?

The Thompson Chain Reference Bible is controlled by a cabal of International Bankers whose only concern is keeping you from seeing the truth, Prax!

On a lighter note: there are at least 3 or 4 works competing for the status of "Book of Jasher." The oldest evidentiary trail any of them appears to have goes back to the 10th century (that's the 900's AD, for those of you in Stockton and Bakersfield).

Google has a copy available here (yes, you have to click the link).

He was not God. He was just a man that was the high priest of God.

Dispossessed of all his earthly goods he turns up at Ben Gurion airport clad only in a fluffy terry cloth robe from the Milano Holiday Inn. Customs officials asked him if he was "making Aliya...?"

Turns out old Joe never paid much attention to his Hebrew lessons at Temple when he was a kid and thought that he had been accused of having a relationship with R&B singing sensation Aaliya.

In the ensuring brawl Joe lost his terry cloth robe but was eventually elevated to the role of "King of Salem" by a local Lubavitcher sect whose rabbi was also from Patterson. True story.
