You are right it did say it, although he did say it both ways as well. I was referencing post #8, skipping the first paragraph as I didn't want to take the time to decipher it.

Well, when I read his second quote - God created it, it was written on Biblical principles", it was apparent, he was saying he felt God had guided the men in the construction of the document. It was more a clarification for me. That's how I took it. It was like a no-brainer.
Gotta run, still painting on a tedious project. I keep taking little breaks so I won't get sloppy with it.
