We know that when Trump declared a National Emergency that at that exact moment he transferred all powers to FEMA helping to usher in the NWO.
At that exact moment he became nothing more than a mouthpiece for the federal government. FEMA will decide when the crisis is over not the president, that is just how it works.
Our president is in a catch 22 and there isn't anything he can do about it. NOTHING...
