This has been publicly referenced numerous times--I finally called it.
I knew about it before any agreements were ever made. A friend who knew he had gone overboard with some comments in jest asked me for advice on how to mend the fence.
So my knowledge of the matter does not constitute a broken agreement on the part of the other party. He has kept his word.
'I actually encouraged him to address this here, but he refrained because of his own pledge not to reference it or mention it.
The other party has scrupulously kept his end, even in the face of several comments like the one here.
