Conservatives and Traditionalists Is this as Good as it Gets!

I have a question for those who espouse to the tried and true ways, is this model and philosophy the best way to organize and structure ministry in the church body?

You can see by the pictures that there are inherent weaknesses, are you willing to change the way you do ministry or do you believe that they way you do it is the very best?

What keeps you from changing how you do church?
