with or without the Republicans. Given the past month of misinformation and absurdity, it is beginning to look like the Dem's may go it alone without the moderate Republican's input.
I take it they're going to give them until the end of the Congressional recess, and then the train is leaving the station. It'll be interesting to see if the moderate Repub's like Grassley and others hold their current positions or decide they'd like to talk after all. A bold move by the Obama administration.
