I don't feel that God has commandments to follow and would allow those to be committed and then still go to heaven.
The grace would be shown to me when I repented of committing adultery after knowing better.

The grace is ever present. Where sin abounds, grace does even more abound.
Living life as an adulterer may mean you begin live life unbelieving to the point of unbelief -- which is putting you outside of Christ (
Heb 10:13), but again, though many of us don't fully, what we do know of grace is that He's not a gotcha God, He loves us, did the work and is faithful until the end.
