Yeah, I'm not sweating the small stuff. It's funnier than anything else.
Except that we have a court date with the previous tenants for destroying the place and owing us two months back rent on top of it. It might have been them.
I can just see someone out there with a shovel and a flashlight, snickering in the dark.
