Just my only sugar intake (and it is big) are the 2-3 cans of coke I have a day, other then that I am NOT a big "sweets" eater. When we go out (or even eat at home) my attitude has always been that if I am still hungry enough to eat dessert, it means I haven't had enough of my main entree.

I'll take a merely good filet mignon over the worlds best pie or cake any day.
