I would love some Tilapia recipes- The only way I make it is pan grill it in lemon juice, olive oil and lemon pepper. We had that yesterday, but I would love to make it another way. I want to start serving it more than once a month.

We're doing the low-carb thing, and my wife made a really good lentil based dish. She always tricks me with whole-grains, ground turkey, and stuff like that.

I did that the other night with spaghetti - I made the sauce with ground turkey. Eddie would never have known had he not come in the kitchen while I was cooking! He finally admitted that it "wasn't bad." That's a major breakthrough!

My wife got me again. She made a low-carb "mashed potato" dish. She used cauliflower and cream instead of the potatoes. I must admit that it did taste a lot like mashed potatoes. At first I was all set to file for divorce on grounds of cruel deception.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

We had steak pan grilled with onions, baked potato and a salad. Dessert was a cake called Angel Lush- Angel food cake, cut in layers, put a mixture of vanilla pudding, cool whip and crushed pineapple with its juice, in between the layers and on top and let it chill. YUM!

There are authentic Mexican restuarants here - they can't even speak English!
