Does Anyone Have Info Re/the New Preachers Forum?

Mark,

The forum was started for men who are preachers AND believe the full Acts 2:38, john 3:5-8 Water and Spirit doctrine of salvation to get together and fellowship on line without all of the attacks and belittling (poorly disguised as legitimate discussion) of said doctrine. There are no organizational restrictions as in WordShare.

Pastor Poster, I have seen no indication that this is a power play or a Posse run forum. It is simply some men who got tired of the Synadelfos and AFF attacks on what we hold dear.

Last time I checked, the only one who has left here is Jim and maybe SF. CS and I are still active here as are many other W&S folks. JP is like another room on the house.

I do post there but I have no official position. I have enjoyed the fellowship and the peace and quite thus far.

Phil, for the record.

Synadelfos is not a one man show. Yours truly is also an Admin there.

And as Renda pointed out the different forums are there for different purposes.

There are some things posted on Synadelfos which (rightfully so) would be unwelcome here. The purpose of this forum is to discuss matters from an "traditional" Apostolic slant. Anyone who cannot honor that purpose should be banned from this site.

The purpose of Synadelfos is open discussion about all topics without a preset slant by Admin. Yes even trinitarians and universalists are welcome to express their views. Anyone upset by such freedom of speech will probably feel uncomfortable there.

The justpreachers forum has an even more predefined slant than AFF. They only allow preachers of like faith. And even knowing I personally would not be allowed there I still maintain there is NOTHING wrong with that. They want to be a closed societal fellowship. That is a healthy thing for men to be able to do on occasion.

well hear you have it folks. PP, I wasn't going to say it first but it is my understanding that some folks think that there is mistreatment and disrespect towards the ministry on AFF

what do you all think ?

Absolutely. There is some of that at times, but what is segmenting off going to accomplish?

I could never be comfortable at Daniel's place, and I doubt I would be comfortable at IAM's place either.

I refuse to submit myself to either authority.
