Well if whatever is supposed to happen is to happen on Dec 5, today is Dec 6.

Where's the fall out from the SC saying, "Oh there is something to these frivolous, partisan lawsuits-- we will consider this case on _______ date."
This would throw into doubt the legitimacy of the entire election process that we thought we were almost finished with.
