Had the Bush Administration compiled witnesses and evidence for a fair trial when these “suspects” were originally incarcerated and then tried them under the civilian governmental authorities in their respective nations, as they were supposed to (remember these are official military forces, they’re civilians), we wouldn’t have this problem now would we?

If the administration would have illegally incarcerated you with 20 others (10 of which were actual threats) we’d have to act to give all of you due process. This long after the fact we’d have trouble building a case against anyone, so we’d most likely have to let you and the 20 others go. Would you rather the government just lock you and the 20 others up and throw away the key? Welcome to Bush’s mess. If we find that we are bound to legally set these men free, and some of them are indeed threats…Bush and all his worshippers are to blame.

Can you explain the slaughter of innocent unborn babies by the same clan? Do they get a fair trial?

If you can explain how a "witness" terrorist can be served a supoena for a trial of another terrorist, tell Obama. I suspect you actually thing Osama would answer a summons to witness also. It doesn't work that way. ERemember the case of a "driver" that was charged? He was driving a vehicle for an alqueda officail. They claimed he was innocent. Of course he had been trained in terroirst acts and service also.

Exactly right. We can't rewind the clock and fix their mess.

If evidence had been gathered and forensic work done when these suspects were caught, we'd have a chance at convicting them. Instead, we got a bungled mess that 6 years later is going to be very hard to prove even against the 15 or 20 who actually did something worthy of incarceration.
