There really is only one reason I put these types of things up here when I know some disagree with not only participation in these things but the posting of them.
We have been called to be salt and light. We too often limit our influence out of fear that we will compromise our dedication to the Lord by being around those who don't know Him. We we operate out of that fear, which is simple a place of weakness, we limit where the Light shines and that truly saddens me.
I didn't plan or expect ANY of this. But whatever we put in the Master's hands, He will use for His benefit and the benefit of others. We don't have to hide who we are and neither do we have to shine it in people's face and blind them.
If there is any "aroma" which should be emanating from us, it should not be "apostolic", "pentecostal" "charismatic" or anything else...rather it should be Jesus Christ! Is that so hard to simple be REAL and be there to shine? People WILL ask questions when they see it. I just think that many times we lack patience and faith that God will strategically do things to grant us opportunities. I think the less we are like Him the more we will have to try to "force" things to happen.
