Yes, they are classified as "OTM's" (other than Mexican) and are coming from Afghanistan, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Sudan and Yemen. They come to South America, learn the Spanish language, move into Mexico and come into America dressed like the illegals. We've know this in Texas for quite some time. It's not just about the Hispanic Illegals, it's also about terrorism.

It's not a dividing law. If you are legal, you have no worries. Why would you be worried if you could prove you were an American?
One of my sisters is married to a Hispanic. He graduated High School with my class. I talked to her today and asked her what her husband thought about all of this. She said that when he was growing up, they were asked for identification all the time and it didn't bother them one bit. They were involved in the farming industry as well, and like my father, hired out illegals. So, yes, they were asked for papers along with anyone else.
Today, with all of our political correctness, everyone seems to have a Dorito on their shoulder.

It's identification that indicates you are priveledged to drive .....not citizenship proof that you are asked for.

Is Al Sharpton your uncle? LOL!
Love this:
OpenCongress Summary
This bill would eliminate birthright citizenship for children born to undocumented immigrants in the U.S. Current U.S. law automatically recognizes any person born on American soil as a natural born citizen. Under the bill, only children with at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen, a legal permanent resident, or an undocumented immigrant serving in the military would be considered citizens.
Quote:
Official Summary
4/2/2009--Introduced.Birthright Citizenship Act of 2009 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to consider a person born in the United States "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States for citizenship at birth purposes if the person is born in the United States of parents, one of whom is:
(1) a U.S. citizen or national;
(2) a lawful permanent resident alien whose residence is in the United States; or
(3) an alien performing active service in the U.S. Armed Forces.

I know that alien's do serve to earn their citizenship. If they mean it, fine, but we need to have solid background checks, LOL, ..... Yeah, we do a great job on that.

It's a fact you'll have to live with, I'm afraid. They are reported as coming up through South America. Google the info and prove it wrong.
