We don't, and I am glad. Firstly New Years is a big whoopdie-doo, whole lot like the old year recycled with a different number at the end of the date.

And MOST importantly, My bedtime is about 9:00-9:30. Midnight Dec 31 I is gonna be sleepin' !

Bro. Price,

I may just show up. I miss the spiritual side of New Year's services. Nothing more glorious than communion and foot washing. Guess the church just isn't what she used to be...poor ol' speckled bird.

Blessings, Rhoni

Come on down, Rhoni! GloryLand is a healing place, where Jesus shows us His grace. Would love to meet ya face to face...

But, if I shockamoo, just unplug the cow, and I'll calm down.

We still have a watch-night service but a little different that in the past... We will start at 9PM and have a regular service until 10:30 or so and then all go into our fellowship hall for a cool church party with live Christian music, this year Christian Country, and about $1500.00 of give-a-ways... Gift certificates, Bibles, books ect... And we bring in a local Coffee Shop and have a free coffee bar... Then at 11:55 we will stop and go into praise and worship until about 12:10AM... The whole church loves it... It is a highlight of the year... A few hundred people will be there..

I just googled it and it would be 3 hours and 48 minutes. Are you having communion and/or footwashing? I love to shockamoo myself.
