Re: please pray

Sis, so glad for the update.....I'm thankful you and your husband are safe....Yes, keep the 38 close. My dad made me learn how to shoot a 38, a 45, and a 22 back when I was in elementary school. LOL

Re: please pray

My late father told of when he served in WWII and there was a report of a
sniper being seen in a cave above their camp. My dad stood guard duty that
night. He said while shaking in his boots, not knowing what was nearby, his fears
were calmed when suddenly he remembered the scripture that said the angel of
the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him. He said he could almost
imagine the angel of the Lord's pup tent close by. He spoke of how comforting
and how calming the Word of God, hidden in his heart, was during those difficult
days. I treasure those memories as I have found the Holy Ghost brings to remember-
ance the scriptures we need to draw from, right when we need them.

This is my 50th year of knowing Him in the power of the Spirit! He is SO real to me.

Thank You, Lord God for Your Faithfulness to Your people. Thank You for Your
watch care over Bro. & Sis. Alvear and the church they pastor in Brazil.

We bless Your Marveleous Name forever and ever!

Re: please pray

Thanks to all you praying folks...this morning our whole village was making sure we were safe as some had seen the men and were afraid for us.

We are looking forward to a great service today. We have a baptismal service planned along with today being children´s day...so hotdogs for the children and visitors and all kinds of goodies...

We are having a special lunch at my house for some new converts so today is full...love you folks very much.
