But the AS is not Brother Kilgore's fault alone. There were many forces behind it, and guess what? A simple majority of men voted for it in 1992. There is a lot of blame to go around.

Did Bro. Kilgore who I respect and hold in high regard incidentally say why he lent his support to something like this? Did he support it conscientiously at one point and then have a change of heart later? When did he realize that a gross error had been made. This I wonder.

I don't think it would be appropriate to call someone out of the blue and be so presumptuous as to ask these kind of questions. It would be rude and seem disrespectful. I was hoping there might be more information here that would lend credence to what has been said about mutiple repentances and overall regret. That's all.

I agree....I wouldn't just call someone out of the blue and pepper them with questions either. It just doesn't seem right.
