good point bf i agree completely, it is in our minds not the rest of the worlds that this matters , if we ourselves are modest and go to work out the rest is not up to us, lol,dt

When I work out, I wear long sweat pants and a T-shirt. I have church people there and non-church people there. It's mixed (men & women). I don't feel the least bit immodest, because I'm dressed very modestly there. The gym manager and his wife have even started attending our church because of the witness of some of our people there.
