I agree that Congress lacks power under the Commerce Clause to compel any citizen from engaging in interstate commerce. I also agree that Congress has the power to tax people. My problem with the ruling is that Obama and his legal team pushed the argument that Congress did not enact the mandate as a tax and denied, in court, that it was a tax.

Which could hurt Obama in the re-election.

It could. Except that Romney has stated over and over that he likes mandates and he can say he is only for state's rights, but he was in agreement and worked with Obama to draft Obamacare. That's not working for me on the trust issue.

And you trust Obama more?

You will only have two choices in November. Write-ins don't work.

I have a choice - a non-vote. That is my choice.

You're patting Robert's on the back, so that is telling me you have confidence in our democracy. That could be another reason not to fear an Obama re-election.

I think it's all sad!

I'll vote though and it will be against Obama.

You are right, Renda. All of it is very sad. I'm sad for America today. And mad enough for a fight. I'd like to have a continued and growing Constitutional fight against Obama. And I believe we will have it.

That could very well be a vote for Obama.

Just saying...
