Lost, as I see it, there are three choices as you get older:

1) you can have a pastor younger than you and be fine with it.

2) you can be unhappy about the pastor being younger than you, so stay out of church altogether.

3) you can be dead, and therefore not needing a pastor.

Since I'm not willing to not go to church. And since I'm not anxious to be dead yet (still have kids to finish raising!!). I guess my only choice is a pastor who is younger than me. Works for me just fine, bro.
