After reading this article, I don't see what it has to do with those other Browns who are claiming that they're not obligated to pay any taxes. The Browns in Texas had been paying their taxes, it's just that the IRS used heavy-handed tactics to go after them for more money after a unsubstantiated allegation of underreporting income.
