I am going to the after Christmas sale at the Dollar Store this year. I have found some good ideas on this thread.

I saw some gorgeous ornaments at Target and Hobby Lobby yesterday!!! They were already 50% off. One of the workers told me this is the first year they put the Christmas decorations on sale so early. Lowe's did the same. Our SIL is a manager there and he said they did not hire one extra seasonal worker this year. Just amazing about the economy. Sad!
