I've lost seven... I started on the 1st, and not all that happy with the weight loss for a whole month,.. but at least I am trying again.
My dinner was Wendy's chili... and ice water... I think their chili is about 4 points... and I went to the gym for 1.5 hours... I am so tired now.

I went and weighed in yesterday and I have lost 10.8 so far, but it has taken me 6 or 7 weeks to do it!! However, I'm enjoying it this time and not totally denying myself everything that I love. I still have alot more to lose though!
